Are there any in-person classes available?
Soon I will offer private lessons in the Toronto area with protocols in place. Once I make plans and book a studio space, I email everyone on my list. If you join my yoga club, you will be added to my list.
Are there any rules?
Yes! Only two: absolutely no negative comments or body shaming; and Keep Your Hands and Eyes to Yourself. This creates a welcoming environment where everyone is safe from judgement.

Do I need a towel?
If you have a yoga mat, you can put a towel on top for comfort. It’s optional.
Do I need a yoga mat?
Bring one if you own one, otherwise a big towel or small blanket will suffice. This is a casual environment. Please do not spend money on stuff just for this class. The important part is you show up and move your body.
How hard is the class?
It can be as easy as you like, everything is optional. If you have lots of yoga experience, there will be intermediate and advanced options available. The average Naked Yoga student has previously done 1-6 yoga classes. Average age is about 40, but there have been students from ages 18-75 in this class. It really is for anyone.
I’m not flexible.
This is the most common concern for new students. Absolutely no problem, each part of the class is to gently open the muscles and create more flexibility. Rest assured your current range of motion is not an issue: everyone has to start somewhere. The more inflexible your body is today, the easier it will be to change. Keep a positive mind set and be ready to notice a difference.
How many ladies usually come to class?
Somehow, only men seem to be curious about the other attendees. Class is very much self-focused and your progress has nothing to do with how many other students attend, nor their gender. This class is comfortably in the dark, with the idea of being free from clothing. If you find yourself coming to naked class with the intent to stare at other students, you will be asked to leave. Underwear are allowed for feminine hygiene reasons, otherwise please expect to be naked for class. ALL genders are welcome to class, not just males and females. If you are found to be leering at other students you will be asked to leave.
Will everyone see my naked parts?
The lights are off, with a bit of natural light from the windows. Evening classes are dark with candles. Class is designed to avoid embarrassing positions. You can always sit down and join again when you feel ready to continue. My class has a chill vibe and I will not tolerate negative comments. I teach from a mindset of Positive Body Image.
Ladies and alternative-gendered-people (non-cis-men!) can wear bottoms for any reason. Men who were born as men, and identify as a man, naked is naked!
What if I get a “boner”?
This is pretty normal and generally the feeling will pass. If you have naked parts with a mind of their own, simply take a break and join again when ready, or just carry on like normal.
As per the only rule no one is allowed to comment on your body. Just stay focused on the yoga, and don’t worry about your body doing natural body things.
Is there any sex or contact with others?
No, this is a yoga class. Keep your hands to yourself.
Can I request a class at a certain date or time?
Requests will be accepted again in the future.
What if I have an injury?
Check with your doctor first! Many people come to yoga to help with ongoing chronic pain. Please tell Kat about your injury so she can make appropriate suggestions throughout the class.
The exercises are designed to heal the body. General inflexibility is normal, ongoing pain from a recent broken arm or knee surgery is something worth mentioning. If you have ever had any major surgery, severe whiplash, concussion, or dislocated shoulder, please mention your history before starting class.

Do you offer online lessons?
Yes, am aiming to find a platform for group classes or a pre-recorded lesson series. Also have one-on-one lessons available via FaceTime, Zoom, Signal App, or WhatsApp video call.

Yoga has become such an important part of my life lately, because it allows me to be a more capable mother for my children. Thank you so much for running an event that allows me to express my joy for this journey with my friends and other nude lovers. In today’s world you don’t meet a lot of people that take their craft seriously, put in years of hard work and reach perfection. Kat is one of those people and her naked yoga class was one of these instances.
Kat is a professional yoga instructor of the highest caliber. But creating an amazing experience for people isn’t just about the yoga level of the instructor or even the her teaching abilities.
This would be my 3rd class with Kat and I am always impressed with her skills and knowledge. I woke this morning with sore muscles and the feeling of a good stretch and burn. I will miss you!!

Just took my first ever Naked yoga lead by Kat this morning. Sure I can do it at home by myself however, I find that Yoga naked with others is more motivating. I can understand if someone is uncertain of being nude with others however, you will soon discover that its about connecting your body, mind, & spirit once the class begins. I’ve been on the look out for a coed group and there wasn’t one until now. I recommend Kat’s class to new or experienced yogis. She used fun plain English making the poses easy to follow along. Class this morning was amazing, my first experience with yoga and I loved it. Kat is a great teacher and very patient with me as a newbie. Would do the class with clothing but nude is very comfortable way to do this type of exercise, if anyone is a bit shy just go to the back, no one is looking anyways. I’ll be going back, yoga rocks!
I had an amazing time today – as a trans woman early in transition things like yoga can be intimidating to approach but Kat made me feel welcome and comfortable and I look forward to making this a regular part of my week 🙂
She is gentle, fun, encouraging, non-threatening when it comes to teaching. Its a beginner class and as a newbie, I learned a lot about my body and what its capable of and what needs work. She said ‘You’ll be a bit sore tomorrow.’ Yeah, but it was so much worth it!

Kat is a great teacher, and keeps the class moving with humour and encouragement. The room was kept dim, good mix of music, and a body positive atmosphere. This was my first ever yoga class of any kind, but after having such a great time, it won’t be my last. Thanks Kat!
I really had a good experience today, I had to admit i was a little nervous about what to expect. In the end I had a great time, felt super comfortable around others and even felt it easier to ask questions about yoga postures that normally i would just ask in my mind at other studios. Kat has very good instructions and a fun playful energy that transfers to her students.
