Hi,

I’m Kat and I don’t like to wear pants. I have been teaching yoga since 2007 and naked yoga since 2015. So far, so good, and in general a lot of good times. I have taught naked yoga in many cities, and have decided to take a new approach…

From experience, I find it’s best to keep the details of the classes off my website. My new tactic is to delete every email of every previous student and start fresh with a new list of people who want to take classes with me.

BODY POSITIVE YOGA: do you have a body? great! let’s be positive about it.

Naked Yoga is for the liberally curious: simply bring a towel, a bottle of water and an open mind. Current classes are in Toronto.

Intro yoga for any person of any ability. No yoga mat required, No previous experience needed.

This is a stretching class for any person to try: basic body isolations, strength training, core work, and a LOT of good simple stretching aimed at relieving chronic lower back pain and to loosen up tight hamstrings.

$20 class, with rotating locations: check the schedule to see if there’s one near you.

This is a very casual and friendly environment, dependent on the location latecomers are usually welcome to join after class has started.

ALL genders welcome, including males, females, and everyone in between (please message if you need more info). This is a Trans-positive space for folks of all genders. Negative comments will not be tolerated.

This is a non-sexual class, please keep your hands to yourself. 

Class is: warm up, standing series, balancing section, floor work, spine strength exercises, core muscle groups, and a final relaxation.

Please arrive ten minutes early to find a spot in the room so we can start promptly.

About the instructor:

Kat started ballet as a child and has never stopped dancing. Always interested in more classes and workshops Kat has been studying Yoga for sixteen years.

Various styles including Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Meditation.

She has been teaching for the last nine years: Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Victoria, Nanaimo, Seattle, Portland, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Honolulu.
